What we try to explain in this page is just simple way how to create high quality furniture product and all of furniture product production is have different way to produce it depending in how big is and how complicated is, so every product type have different treatment to produce it. First Step
The selected wood from teak plantation goes to our saw mill facility to make wood planks.The good quality wood will result good quality planks and they will result good qualiy furniture product at the end.
The good wood planks without properly dried is very big problem, crack wood is common problem of the product which are not made of properly dried wood, and the problem is getting worst by the worm inside. So, drying process is a must and we got +- 20.000 cmb capacity kiln drier facility for this process
Woods can be dwindle when the weather are really dry enough, and will be adding in wet air weather. Tha's can be make a cracks the constrution, and of course this can not accept by all the customer. Actually in the radical weather like in western. All this problem can be fix with make minimalize moisture content of woods, and of course this will be needs special arrange. Kiln dry moisture are goods guarantee for quality. The most popular way to make it :
- 1. Using natural system : under the sun light when the day in hot weather.
- 2. Just put in the closing room with sirculated hot air for a several days.
- 3. Special room with arrange the temperature inside to be statically every time, after the moisture content reach the standart target will be put inside strighly in to freezer room in several days, to clarificate the quality.
